FIIC's subsidiary, CELLCRETE SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL ("CSI"), offers a state-of-the-art concrete casting system that integrates the beneficial characteristics of low-cost, lightweight, "Cellcrete" with several highly flexible and cost effective "CellCast" casting technologies. Durable structures, reduced construction time and cost, as well as spatial and textural flexibility are a few of the many benefits that make the CSI concrete construction system particularly appropriate for use in developing environments.

CELLCRETE
Cellcrete is CSI's proprietary, low-cost, lightweight, cellular concrete formulation that offers numerous cost and performance advantages over conventional concrete. Conventional concrete consists of hard, chemically inert particulate substances, known as aggregates, that are bonded together by cement and water. Cellcrete uses low cost air voids or cells to replace all or a portion of the more expensive aggregates without sacrificing strength. In addition to its strength, flexibility, and insulation properties, Cellcrete's fluidity reduces placement labor and installation time, and affords greater opportunities for efficient construction. Cellcrete can be cast-in-place or pre-cast. It can be reinforced with steel rods, bars or mesh. Aggregates or fibers can also be added to Cellcrete to increase the stiffness of the mix and increase tensile strength. This makes it possible to use Cellcrete in more demanding applications, for cast-in -place on steep slopes, as well as conventionally cured low density pre-cast wall panels. Cellcrete is based on technology developed by a major U.S. chemicals corporation, refined over the past 35 years through extensive worldwide application.

CELLCAST
CellCast includes both pre-cast and cast-in-place casting technologies that are state-of-the art, highly flexible, and cost effective. "PreForm" is a pre-cast system that enables walls to be pre-cast at a casting plant or at the job-site in a transportable "Battery Mold." This system lends itself to an assembly-line system for efficient, flexible, and cost effective wall casting. "SituForm" is a cast-in-place system that utilizes reusable, lightweight, modular system of aluminum panels, forms, and accessories that can be erected at a building site. This system enables walls and ceilings to be poured monolithically in an unlimited range of design configurations. Both PreForm and SituForm reduce construction time and financing costs; facilitate the scheduling of construction operations; and offer numerous additional advantages including:
(i) an unlimited range of design configurations including complete flexibility in the placement of both window and door locations;
(ii) great flexibility of wall thickness; optional finishes can be formed into the wall surfaces as well;
(iii) pre-installation of electrical openings, conduits, reinforcements, plumbing, as well as window and door frames before the Cellcrete is poured; and
(iv) unskilled labor can be easily taught the simple, repetitive process required to apply CellCast efficiently and effectively.
